I had my van cut & polish today from the Team in Sylvia Park Mt Wellington. They were, prompt, efficient, friendly and very easy to communicate with. Service was roughly 20-30 minutes so they honestly didn’t cut any corners. Attention to detail was spot on.
I’m definitely taking my cars back there to test out there full service.

I’m so disappointed by the quality of my service. I paid $180 for a full interior clean & dirt was still clearly visible & dirty car seats. I could see and wipe dirt with my hand. Not recommended

Internal work was very nice. External cleaning and polishing was decent. An side panel indicator light cover was dislodged from the car during the cleaning process and lost. I was polite about it onsite, but that politeness seems to have been used as an excuse not to follow up with me. Will not be using this company again.

Great wash by the team. Had the full monty plus some tar spots removed. A couple of months of use with 2 kids plus holidays had taken it's toll!
Also if you're thinking about Espresso or Concierge. Go Espresso every time. Better results and seem more organised and professional.

Very poor workmanship, no pride in their work. Not vaccumed properly, not wiped properly. Alot of dust and dirty still visible in easy to reach spots. Waste off money.

Not worth for what was paid for. Interior not properly vacuumed. Dashboard and cup holder with dirt and dust. Seats not properly vacuumed. Doors still dripping wet including shields- not wiped dry. Interior supposedly freshened but what lingered was smelly armpit and sweat of the cleaner. Seemed everything was rushed up.

Used to be a great, meticulous car cleaning company that I looked forward to using. However they changed owners and standards have gone downhill rapidly. Broke my dashboard video camera and no attempt to remedy the situation. Just a shrug of the shoulders and move on. Arrogant and careless.

I spent $180 here on the 9/3/17 my car wasn't as clean I still had to clean it my self after that. My rubber on my back window wipers has come off and on top of that they used up all my battery. And had to jump start my car with out telling me I got home 10mins after the clean to drop some shopping off then jump back in my car and it's dead. Rang them and that's when they told me that they had to jump start it I tried to jump start it my self and nothing is working to get it turned back on. NOT RECOMMENDED il be letting all my family and friends know NOT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

I had my car serviced for deluxe wash on 7th March 2017. To be fair, they cleaned it well. However, the claimed-manager/owner is dishonest, ODIOUS and arrogant.
After they cleaned, I CHECKED my car and found out that my rear view mirror was detached and was left hanging (UNSAFE for driving). They did not tell me this maybe thinking that they can get away with it. I did complain properly and gave them chance to explain or apologize. To my DISGUST, I was denied by the owner/manager and instead he was trying to put the blame on me. His ALIBI and illogical reasoning showed complete dishonesty. If I had not been firm in insisting of my legal RIGHTS, and that I have evidence, and I can complain to the Citizen Advice Bureau, he will not take responsibility.
Although they CLEANED my car well, the way the owner handles customer's complain is very unprofessional, and his manner is very OFFENSIVE not even deserving for a 1-star rating but its the lowest I can rate to be able to give this FEEDBACK.response / report this review -
