Apart from the view from the Eyefull Tower, everything else is average. Good for young kids and elderly. Not recommended for adrenaline junkies.

Fun and enjoyable! The foliage, the train ride up the tracks that were built by the late owner himself, and the gorgeous views are all perfect!

Very good experience take this ride, it will take 1 hour to complete the journey. Al the top, have place call "Eyefull tower", you can observe nature from up there. Outstanding and owesome, the ticket price is acceptable. One of family activities that can be done here.

Wonderful experience. Lovely, lady train driver who obviously admired Mr Barry Brickell and his fantastic legacy. By the end of the trip, we did too!!

Great train trip. This line is unique with the double decker bridge. Good view from the summit. Haven't been here for about 5 years. But totally recommend it if you haven't been here.

A must experience if you are exploring the area. This is hand made and super quaint. A decent ride through the bush gets you exploring in a fun way, kids love it. No scary drops, just beautiful scenery all around and beautiful artwork throughout. A very unique and typical Kiwi experience.

A must visit for travelers visiting Coromandel. The entire rail network was built by a very smart man and it was all done in his own property. We enjoyed our visit.

Visited in 2013, loved the train ride and the terrific view from the "Eyeful Tower" don't know how we missed it on previous trips to NZ. Interesting pottery though a little pricey. Visited again in 2017 still love the train ride.
