First and last time purchasing from this company. $670 purchase was sent as a pre used and broken product. Sent an email with photos only to be told it's not their problem and that I need to claim under warranty with the overseas brand and have them see if they want to replace it. It was not a warranty claim they sent a faulty product it is there responsibility to replace it. So now I have an item that is unusable and taking up space in my house because they refuse to have anything to do with it.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've never posted a bad review of a company in my life but people need to be aware this company does not honour the consumers gaurantees act. I have never had such bad service from a New Zealand company before.

I went into store to pick up my car seat I had brought via click & collect. Ginny suggested we try the floor model in the car first and found it didn’t fit very well in my car. We tried a different model of the same brand and it was much better and safer. The customer service was top notch. Ginny was very informative and knowledgeable and installed my car seat on site. Very helpful and great communication. Both my daughter and I love the new car seat 🥰

Dimples is amazing! Last week I arrived in a panic at 4.30pm and needed help installing my car seat. The lady who helped me (wish I knew her name) was so kind. Their customer service is just wow. I didn’t have an appointment (I should have!) and they were due to close at 5pm but that wasn’t even mentioned!! Instead I was greeted with the friendliest smile and offered help straight away. The small cost to install was worth every cent. I bought my car seat from Dimples and had it installed 2 years ago but needed help to re install after I removed it. Highly recommend Dimples, they go the extra mile

We visited on a weekend to look at prams and were helped by Jessica who was wonderful! She took us through all the options, demonstrating each one, comparing them and helped us check which would best fit in our car.

Very knowledgeable about all the products without being overwhelming and made for a really productive visit. Rare to come away from a shopping experience with customer service exceeding expectation! 5* to Jessica.

Will be back in the new year to make our final decision.

DO NOT GO HERE! I wanted to love their product so much, matter of fact I did for the first month before it turned into a death trap. Aside from the fact it was a pain to put together and after a couple weeks there was a whole ripped in the door from cheap netting- You even put the slightest amount and pressure on the bars, and they will give out on the entire side and you will fall through it just like I did. I’m glad it was myself and not my son But still ridiculous how easily it all collapsed. Very sharp pieces flew everywhere which was a not so fun scavenger hunt to make sure my baby does not pick up.

I had always admired the Dimples brand, not only the products they offer but their values of natural, organic and well-made garments. There is a real sense of genuine love behind the brand. When we found out we were pregnant with twins, the excitement, and if honest, the overwhelming feeling of the unknown crept in; it was the amazing Dimples staff who helped. As a first time Mother you are learning something completely new and not once did they make me feel inadequate. They shared my excitement, patiently showed me the capsules, the best way to dress the babies for the season, what garments would work best and even must have items that really were a lifesaver, without any pressure. The twins were born prematurely and I whole heartily believe them being able to gain weight and thrive was not only the helpful information they gave me how to manage them but the clothing itself. The natural fibers kept them appropriately warm and the wraps made them feel secure. The clothing stood the test of countless washes, always looking like new. I appreciated the simplicity of the designs and how I could tell that my babies felt comfortable, which was very important to me. Thank you, Jane and the Dimples team, for all the love and support for a momentous time in our lives.

Their merino clothes are simple beautiful and the quality very high. They cost a bit but worth the price and much less of what you pay overseas for that quality. Service very good.

Quite a great selection of quality baby items from clothing to strollers. Service was also amazing, the only thing I didn't like and I'm not sure if this can be changed - is the price. 100+ per piece for toddler clothes for which is outgrown in 3 months is a bit pricey, I personally wouldn't spend that much.
