We were looking for an alternative to the adrenaline packed fare offered up in Queenstown. Andy's environmentally sound, exceptionally well organzied, self-guided 4x4 vehicle trip along the Dart River was perfect. We had great weather, saw lots of interesting birds, took a ton of photographs, hiked in the tussocks at our own pace, and studied the river rock. The views are fantastic! Andy made us feel welcome and is an all round great guy. Highly recommend this experience!!

At the last minute, on our last day we took a chance on Delta Discovery and it turned out to be one of, if not the, best vacation excursion we have had as a family. Andy, the owner, was great, he put on some cartoons for the kids as he gave my wife and I the rundown. Once we got on the self-guided trail we had this little piece of paradise all to ourselves. We made about 3 dozen stops for pictures and to let the kids run around. What a great way to see such a unique and beautiful place. Thanks again Andy, until next time.

This was just great! Andy made sure to give good instructions before we headed out, and the route was well marked.
We spend 2 hours in the Delta, and we would have loved to spend more time 😀 Can't wait for the more advanced tour 👍🏻

Fantastic family activity!!! Highly recommended. All levels of driver, well guided by GPS and markers on the river bed. Take picnic!!!
