They were super helpful and reasonably priced. My boxes did get a little banged up (all my stuff seems fine but the boxes are worse for wear and there are a few holes) so definitely take care packing and go for sturdier boxes, even if you're just transporting clothes.
I would appreciate it if they stayed in touch once your items are uplifted so you know where things are at, rather than hearing from them weeks later once your stuff is ready for drop-off.
Overall, a pretty awesome experience though and I'd gladly work with them again. :)response / report this review -

Crown Relocations Dunedin were absolutely faultless when it came to our move from Tauranga. They stored out possessions for 4 months without a hitch then moved us the day we wanted to be moved. The guys on the ground worked hard to get everything in the place it needed to be. Great communication and great workers! Thanks everyone!

Our items were delivered by Dunedin crew to our place in Alexandra after being in Auckland storage for some time. We were concerned about the access - so Crown dropped by the day before the see for himself, and the crew did some reshuffling of the trailer to bring it up.
They arrived on time, placed each item in the correct place and were done early. The lead guy noted the missing time (Baby grand piano!) and followed up completing the paperwork to have Auckland start the search. Piano found, delivered (very carefully handled) and setup without a hitch.

Moved to Dunedin from Chicago and Janet and her team did a fantastic job of talking us through every step of a long and complicated process. The packers in Chicago did a wonderful job, as did the team in Dunedin - we managed to move a house load of furniture all that way with next to no damage. They made a stressful life change that much easier, and we would highly recommend this company.

The move went so well. Arrived quicker than we had anticipated, and with no breakages. All the guys were friendly and worked hard and quickly at both our old home and new home. Would have been 5 stars had we not now been waiting 10 days for the boxes and packaging to be picked up.

Organized a move within New Zealand. They were late and turned up the wrong day for picking up goods, poor communication of additional costs and they have lost an entire snowboard bag with $1,500. Very unimpressed with this branch and company.
