Always have so much fun at this place, does attract a slightly older crowd which is fine by me!!! Nice pub food as well and friendly bar staff.

Comfy and reliable. Very nice since the recent upgrade. Tip: the kids menu burgers are way better than the regular burgers.

Had lunch. The service was swift and efficient. ordered a Guinness pie and chips. Received a microwaved soggy steak and cheese pie covered with sauce no crispy pastry but the chips were good. $24 over priced. 2nd time I've been let down by The quality of the food there so I now am looking for somewhere else to luncheon with friends. Don't need to be embarrassed again.

Great place to relax and catch up with friends. Good food and being on the Strand you are in the middle of all the action.

While on holidays visited the "The Crown and Badger" Tavern which enjoyed having a beer friendly staff. During the course of my visit I must of left my wallet without noticing that I had or it's fallen out, which ever upon getting back on my cruise which by this time has sailed I noticed my wallet missing not knowing where was concerned, but the next day received a call from Mark who ran the establishment and advised that they have the wallet which they will despatch it to our home address, which has happened all in order. So for their kindness and honesty I would out mostly recommend their establishment as well as their service within the tavern. All Aussies support this honest establishment.
