This is an edited review a year after dealing with them. At first I was really happy overall, but they became impossible to reach when i needed a warranty replacement on a product. They never responded to emails over a period of 2-3 months. They seem to have 2 0800 numbers listed in different places which is strange, and one only connects to a voice recording.
I was able to get my warranty replacement by reaching out to the manufacturer who put me in touch with the distributor, who then contacted Crosbies on my behalf. In the end the distributor sent me a replacement directly.

I called Crosbies security for advice regarding my neighbours security system and our rights regarding privacy in our home. They were super helpful, friendly and gave me useful advice prior to approaching my neighbour. They went the extra mile for me sending me links and further advice that may help me. Extremely pleased to use Crosbies Security for installing our home alarm system. Right from providing a quote to the completing the job, were done professionally. Extremely happy with Josh's customer service.. he was the only one who did on site inspection before providing the quote. He provided me the details up front, clarified all my questions, provided me with different options to choose.
