Absolutely appauling accomodation at the Yaught Club Hotel Picton.
We had one blanket and there was one throw cover in the wardrobe. No electric blanket. We woke often during the night either cold, to turn the heater on or with the noise. A wall heater that heated the wall dangerously. Our room was small and near the road. So not quiet. The carpets all were filthy. The place quite shabby. No one offered to assist with our luggage and there were a flight of stairs and fire doors to negotiate. We are both over near 70.
For the price we were disgusted!
Next door the two motels were cheaper and cleaner with more facilities.
Silly us for not reading the reviews first.
I will say to the affirmative the room while very shabby, noisey and cold had been cleaned.
