The worst dry cleaning experience. Absolutely destroyed my wedding dress and refused to take responsibility for it. The silk slip came back with a black trolley wheel mark on it and the lace/silk outer had fallen apart. Was reassured throughout the process everything was fine, and the owner was rude and unapologetic when confronted about the damaged.

Honestly the worst place, my friend took her clothes there to get them washed, she gets them takes them back to the flat and they are shrunken! Went back the next day and told us that it doesn't happen. Don't go here

... very interesting - I live in Melbourne now, but worked there in the 1950s ... we had 1 cleaner, 2 pressers, and the lady on the counter. Mr & Mrs Johnson were the owners at that time.. that brings back many memories. I was born in the Rostrata Maternity Hospital in Ruahine St; -- THANKS. Ian Drinkwater
