  Very pleasant environment, service is above average, food was very filling, and last but not least the coffee was superb!

  I used to think of strong but good coffee, and my visit here included coffee that was good, not so overwhelmingly strong, but arguably better. The eggs benedict was very average, the bread was quite dry and verged on stale (a risk when not toasted), there wasn't much hollandaise either. Fine if you have to eat and no decent alternative is apparent.

  Great place for a coffee and for a small bite. It is usually busy during afternoon as lot of people do visit the place from nearby offices. Suitable for small groups or family. Not very friendly to work on laptops though. Plenty of place to seat and outdoor seating is available too. Plenty of options for tea, coffee and small plates for breakfast and lunch.

  Coffee is good but food and service is poor. We ordered 2 coffees. One arrived. Lots of other tables received their coffee. We had to remind them to bring our second cup! Whilst we were waiting for the coffee, the pair of women came in, looked at the food on display and walked out again.

  Yummy pie... scrumptious cake.... ice coffee was flavorsome... my caramel frappé wasn't gr8... so took it back and it was cheerfully replaced with a perfect one. It's a shame the outdoor area isn't walled off to deter screaming children from shrieking and yelling across from the adjacent playground to their oblivious parents who must be under the illusion that other people love listening to their little darlings screaming their heads off while you're trying to enjoy a relaxing cuppa.

  One morning me and my sister came in for a coffee and a bite to eat. The first thing my sister walks to the counter and the man said "we aren't taking orders the system isn't working it will be 10 minutes". Then a lady walks in and orders and they take her order and then gave her coffee?! she looked dressed up and all.. So I walked up and this time a lady who works there came up to me and she said "we aren't taking orders the system isn't working , it'll take 10 minutes!". I felt like just because me and my sister weren't dressed up that day that this man & woman working there were judgemental and discriminating us base on our appearance! Little did they know my sister is a nurse/teacher and I am a teacher too! How rude are you to treat us like second class citizens. Next time people come in dress how ever, don't treat them like dirt! WE are all human, just because I wear no makeup and my hair up doesn't mean I got no money? disgusting behaviour Columbus Cafe!

  Not great coffee, and the staff aren't very good. I had a staff member scraping chairs while cleaning near closing up time and it ruined my coffee and snack. The gluten free bread they use is really tasteless too. Agree with other person - coffee club is so much better.

  Coffee and my Eggs Benedict were good, large latte was more medium size, and meal wasn't really large either. Service was friendly and fast.

  Asked for iced coffees. Repeated twice and got iced chocolates. Useless staff. Are they high at work? Place is filthy too.
