Quick service. Good coffee and nice afternoon tea food. Just a little bit expensive.

Don't get me wrong, the coffee, food and service at the Redwood store are fine (standard Coffee Culture). Unfortunately I won't be going back for quite a while; the noise was terrible. There was moderately heavy traffic outside so we initially sat inside, however the acoustics were bad (very, very bad). With the place half full all I could hear was clattering, talking, grinding from the coffee grinder, and an incessant bass drumming from the sound system. Outside we got the traffic noise and wind, but you could sit without getting a headache, and hear each other speak.

Can get very busy at peak times. The outdoor area is on the front, facing the Main North Road, so is very noisy and will have high pollution given the traffic volume. The menu has remained the same for many years, and I find it always tastes a bit bland.

Friendly and make lovely coffee's and Chai, a nice place to chat with your friends.

Good little coffee shop to hold a work meeting at. Though the air con in side was turned up pretty high.

Waitress was welcoming and our food was brought out within under ten minutes. Not the best place when it comes to accessibility for parents with prams or people in wheelchairs as the doors are to heavy and open outwards stopping them from being able to open them without a struggle. They need to open inwards.
