  Went to Cibo for our wedding anniversary and we were thoroughly impressed, great serving portions and the staff were excellent. Thanks to Fraser who was an outstanding host and recommended the perfect wines to compliment our outstanding meals. Will be back for sure.

  Always a delight, cheery energetic staff and lovely surroundings. On what is possibly my 10th visit, we had the express lunch on a rare daytime visit. The whitebait was a disappointingly bland starter but the pork belly delicious. Alarmingly, $25 was charged for a half full espresso martini. You don't have to work in hospo to know how much a shot of vodka and an espresso over ice actually costs. Ridiculous mark up on all alcohol and bottled water takes an average lunch bill into a very expensive treat!

  Beautiful food, impeccable service and an exquisite interior. Perfect balance between fancy and casual. Great place for those willing to splurge on a quality meal while keeping the energetic vibe of a bistro. Service was perhaps the best I had ever experienced. 5 stars.

  I should've done this sooner, as this a belated review.
  
  My partner and I went here for our anniversary. It was nothing short of amazing.
  
  As soon as we walked in the door we were met with attentive, accommodating and friendly staff.
  
  The atmosphere was great and really set the mood (for us anyway) for a great and somewhat romantic night out. Our waiter was awesome, he listened, created friendly banter and we didn't feel pressured into getting anything we didn't want. He kindly explained dishes to us that we enquired about in a way that was easily understandable.
  
  The food was amazing, with each dish presented in a way you'd expect from a 5 star restaurant. It tasted as good as it looked. Portion size was surprisingly good aswell.
  
  All in all, this has to be the finest experience I have had in any restaurant. A well deserved 5/5 stars!

  Food and atmosphere was great. However.... our waiter pressured us into spending way more than we expected. Because we were a group he made suggestions... champagne for the table, why not, four bottles later. Would you like desert, maybe a taster, 8 full deserts later. Just be careful.
