I'm a local who needed to use the toilet while on a walk with my family. I'd never needed to use the toilet in this place before and didn't know where it was or if it was just for staff or not. The staff member was reading or on her phone when I came in and ignored me. She didnt even glance up.I asked if it was ok to use the toilet. I wasn't sure if it was just for staff remember. She was incredibly rude and responded in a condescending and nasty tone that it's the only toilet there is. She made me feel like an idiot. Like i was supposed to know that somehow. And that still didn't answer my question about whether the general public could use it. No wonder i don't get my petrol here.

They got a very unfriendly cashier. I rang the challenge territory manager and he said would ask the owner of this station to give me a call. That call never came in. Will definitely not visit again.
