  I got what I needed but feel I got burned on the price. $20 inclusive turned into $23 charge. I would have thought that was $20 exclusive.
  How many people have they done this to? That challenging this at the time seemed like it wouldn't be welcomed may say more than the act. I'd check next time but being overcharged means not going back for me. They obviously put the value of my repeat custom at under $3.
  Buyer beware.

  They didn't advise that they couldn't fill the order as they are out of stock and can't get any more. The product is still listed as available on their website. Sounds like I wasn't the only person either. If you can't run a web store properly then don't bother. Worst thing was they didn't seem to care.

  Cannot rate Cello, as brought two computers, screens, keyboard, mouse the whole nine yards. One was for a small business and one was for home use. BOTH hard drives have died, the home one within 10 months and took 3 weeks before a replacement one was given and within two years for the business. Would not recommend any of their computers!!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!
