Booked online on trivago but silly me put wrong date, still managed to get a room tho and at the price I had booked it for. Lovely room, very comfy beds, best nights sleep

I wouldn't consider staying here, the cleaning is not done to a good standard , hair still in the shower plugs, floors are not very clean , our room wasn't even vacuumed, and the Asians that live there can hardly speak any english

Dont let the price or looks fool you, they provide free laundry, free airport pickup, organic fairtrade tea, vegan shower gel (don't use companies who abuse animals with deadly tests), good wifi!! Very friendly owners also, would definitely stay again.

Stayed for total of 4 weeks for work. Rooms basic but clean and well serviced. Staff friendly and helpful, will stay again next time for sure.

I stayed for 5 nights in May 2016. The room was spacious, clean, and fresh. Staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Located opposite the estuary and close to Westshore beach, provides good walking and interest. 5 mins drive from Napier CBD and shopping areas. Will definitely stay again.
