Food good but floor had been washed with pure fat I think lol
Nothing memorable here just order meal and sit in and eat this is the first carls jr store and now they have one in Avondale where i currently live.
Great friendly staff who remembered who I was and joked with me when I looked tired & unhappy after work tonight. My last visit was 1 month ago.
Had a great time there.
Went through the drive through, ordered a meal for just myself yet took them 10 minutes of waiting, then asked to go park upfront and they didn't even end up bringing it out. I had to go in and get it. No sort of apology or such. Not coming back
Two stars is for this location, not Carl's Jr in general (of which I am a fan). However, this is my second experience with the Glen Innes branch and both times have been sub par. Today's burger was cold and the bread was wet / mushy. Would also have been nice to have some ketchup / tomato sauce added in the takeaway bag (or at least asked if we wanted any). Have to say I've never had these quality issues at the Albany branch.
Ah. The newest kid on the New Zealand fastfood chain block. Carl's Jr offers a relatively vast menu in comparison to its competitors, with relatively prompt service, all packaged into a roomy (and clean) family restaurant setting. The food is above average, especially compared to the Glen Innes McDonald's (although, to be fair, it's not hard to be better than the Glen Innes McDonald's). Carl's Jr is conveniently placed, albeit difficult to get out off when the Merton Road roundabout gets busy, and is close to many other amenities in the area such as the local Countdown and Glen Innes business precinct. All-in-all, a decent fastfood establishment with decent service and decent food.
I loved the 10.5 dollar large combo pack here at Carl's Jr. Delicious and filling. Love the L n P drink they serve. Along with that there are numerous other dishes to choose from.
Brought a Real Deal with a mate to share and they gave our order to someone else then gave us a completely different order that we said wasn't ours then waited ten minutes till been fed up and asked where our order was, only to discover that they had given it to someone else who had already started to eat it. Then after eating half of our meal the customer decided to give the order back after their new order came and our order was just replaced with what was missing and handed to us. For all the time that was wasted you should treat your paying customer with respect and make them a new one. Half an hour after ordering we get a lunch that someone else touched it. We were polite and patient and we get treat like an inconvenience
For starters, I had to sit in silence waiting for the lady to greet me and ask me to place my order which didn't happen. I called out to her myself. Then, whilst I was placing my order the lady interrupts me half way through to tell me to wait a moment. She could barely understand me and I definitely couldn't understand her. I had to repeat myself multiple times. I'd ordered a simple thick shake and it wasn't blended properly. There were chunks of ice cream that I obviously couldn't sip through my straw. For some reason there were plastic scrapings in the shake that were scraped off the edge of my cup. What the heck!? When I told the lady all she did was blended it a little longer and poured my shake into a new cup. Real poor service! Wish you'd put as much effort into your job as you do into doing your makeup. -.-
