  Great food in fact my favourite food but my experience in Taradale was ruined by a Staff member that looked at you, grumbled then went out back to get someone else to serve, because I was hungry and wanted a mixed meat iskender I stayed but hoped that they would make it fast. After that experience I prefer to go to Marewa instead.

  Probably the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Walked in an hour before closing to be greeted by 3 staff members just staring at me from behind the counter. The guy on the till was actually scrolling at me. He was rude and extremely unhelpful. He mumbled and continued to glare. He changed the order and this had to changed. In hindsight, should have just have walked out then. Our
  order was wrong and cold however had already decided to never go back again.

  Just ordered a large mixed meat kebab. struggled to find any meat in it a small amount down the side. My daughter who placed the order said regular owners not there but disappointing to pay for a large kebab mainly a wrap full of salad.
  Also dressing daughter ordered for her kebab was put in wrong one.

  We thought these places are only good for Kebab. My girl friend had warm chicken salad and I had mixed iskendar. Everything nicely grilled with fresh salad. I loved the dips came with my iskenda. It's good that they have good ranges of dessert and coffee..

  My family really enjoys kebabs from here on a regular basis. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful too.
