Used to love this store, but sadly they refused to refund me for a faulty product. I spent $69 on a tank, after the first use despite waiting on the recommended 10 minutes immediately tasted burnt. I was then unable to open it. It was also very difficult to fill compared to other tanks, I return to the store and requested a refund which they refused but help me to change the coil. I had told them in the store I was in a hurry to catch a flight. Unfortunately the replacement coil which they wouldn't even give me for free wouldn't work at all and I therefore spent a further $29 on new coils for this tank, and on finding them they still refused to give me a refund or do anything to help me unless I could come back into the store. I've offered to Corrier to them but they have told me that they will not give me a refund. So sadly I guess I will go back to the foreign owned sosha stores and no longer support this once nice local shop.
