  Friendly helpful staff..but read the fine print on 'specials' several times at the counter an item ran counter to what seemed to be the advertised price.

  Wow a new shop - Its cool and you can take time to choose or get ideas. That's what I do for special occasions. Great variety of choices especially coffee mugs. And now some months later I had a product failure. You know what with all the proof of purchase it was no trouble to replace but with a 40% discount on a different brand I upgraded for the additional price. This is a great company to do business with. Thank you Briscoes!

  While the store had a good range of stock the staff gave us bad advice and sent us to their Rotorua store to pick something up. When we arrived at the Rotorua store 60 mins away they advised that the items didn't exist in the store as that Taupo would have known that.
