  Me & my husband go to post shop in pakuranga plaza & their customer service is always amazing.however ,this time I have had my worst customer service experience as I went to Post shop in botany. Me & my husband went there Saturday afternoon.we were served by Jacky(Asian or philipino ethnicity) ,to our shock ,he didn't say hi or even had any eye contact,he Didn't even acknowledge us during our conversation.we felt so embarrassed & I told him before leaving that he should at least say hi to his customers & no reply either. Won't be coming back .disgusted

  They didn't know what they were doing. Said requirements to open an account, I brought the exact documents required and they told me the tenancy agreement is not accepted. I double checked on their website, and it says they accept tenancy agreements as proof of address. Not going back.

  This is a really small nzpost place. It is fairly standard. The staff seem to be hit or miss, either really friendly and know what they are doing or deeply uninterested. There is always a massive queue which may be eased by having more checkouts open.

  Very happy with their service and environment. Much better than Sylvia Park post office.
