  Out of all of the Bolliwoods, this one is the champion.
  If you're after a curry that doesn't taste like bay leaf and salt - come here.
  
  Reasonable prices if you go during your lunch hour, reasonable portions if you're keen for dinner. They do sometimes 'jip' you on the rice though, especially if you're purchasing two curries - they often give you one box of rice to share between. However, the amount of curry in there definitely constitutes a bigger rice portion.
  
  My favourite part about this Bolliwood is the experience. They play oldschool 90's Bolliwood videos up on the TV and 'crank' some 'sick' cultural beats.
  
  Staff are very friendly and come wait you at your table, top up your water without asking and make you feel welcome.

  This has been one of the best Indian restaurants I have been to for some time. Our waitress was attentive, polite and friendly. She always kept our water glasses full. The Onion Baji and Samosas were amazing. Highly recommend for couples and groups. Has bar including top-shelf, wine and beer.

  I loved the food specially the naan bread ,whuch was fresh and it was home made as well. The service is nice and staff is friendly . I really recommend this place.

  Good Indian food. Special on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday is good ($12.95 per main). Service is good. It's a nice local 8ndian place. Rice portions are small which is frustrating, so much so I scored 3 stars. The option to have our own rice would be good.

  They didn't understand what vegan was to start, but as soon as they did they were very accommodating. Great food, love the atmosphere and polite staff. Good for a night out with partner or some close friends

  Bolliwood Browns Bay has the nicest food of all the Bolliwood restaurants in Auckland. And the service is great. I highly recommend it.
