I am amazed how this company is still operational.

I have been in contact via phone, email and their website trying to get a quote for a heatpump and insulation installed. Two months later I finally have a quote for insulation, however after pating the deposit of 50% I cannot get hold of anybody. They don’t respond to any contact.

Bloody useless bunch!

Agree with previous review: someone please open up competition in Invercargill! This shouldn’t be this hard.

6 times I have been in contact, 3 times by phone and 3 visits but there has been no follow up at all.

A shocking way to run a business and there needs to be a competitor to wake them up or put a rocket up their lazy backsides.

All I want is a bloody price for a heatpump, nothing complicated in that but its been 4.5 months since 1st contac and I know I am not the only one having problems.
