  Pretty piss poor service tbh, bought a brand new bike here and there were just so many hidden costs that were not made clear to me until after i'd signed their papers. My first 1000km service cost me $300, it consisted of an oil change and some checks that i'm sure were not even carried out. If i never have to deal with them again it would be too soon.

  Steve and the team are friendly and knowledgeable. I've always found they go out of their way to find solutions to any problems I've had and I'll always stop there 1st if looking for a new bike or some gear.
