  Great camping ground!
  2a and 3k - 36$ - really good value for the money.
  Everything you need and nothing more.
  Kitchen very well equipped.

  THE BEST CAMPGROUND EVER!
  
  I have been traveling in New Zealand for 5 months now stopping at campgrounds all along the way. Ashburton Holiday park is by far the best place I have stopped on my Trip. The owners, Celia and Dave are such lovely people. They have made me feel like I am at home from day one. The facilities are also great; A full kitchen with everything you need, hot showers and a TV room to hang out in.
  If you are staying the night in Ashburton, this is the place to stop.

  Thank you so much to Celia and Dave. You made our holiday the absolute best one when our tent got 'destroyed' due to the wind. You gave us an alternative without asking for anything from us. Your facilities are clean, welcoming and more than sufficient. Both George, myself and the kids would like to sincerely say a big 'shout out' to you both and we do not hesitate recommending your place to stay at, whether it's in a RV, or a tent or staying in one of your cabins!! - Hawke's Bay, Napier

  What a great place, friendly and helpful managers, always clean and very tidy. Loved that there was a pool close by and a play ground for the grand children. Thanks so much. Highly recommend to anyone travelling that way.

  Great site, very well equipped, plenty of room, lovely view of the mountains.
  Particularly helpful new owners who went out of their way to provide some running repairs to the 'ole rental.
  
  Can highly recommend them, and will be back again for sure!

  What a magical place this is. Spent a night in a cabin with a few friends and it was lovely. Beautifully clean facilities and the friendliest hosts. Will be back for sure. Thanks Celia and Dave.
