    DO NOT go to this place please. I have a high risk pregnancy due to a emergency cerclage. I went to this branch to have a trans vaginal scan. The sonographer failed to ask if I was allergic to latex during the prep stage (I noticed that she used latex protection on the device). I told her I was allergic. She then left the room, came back and wrapped the device in glad wrap. I asked her if it was glad wrap and she said yes and proceeded to carry out the scan. Now I'm no medical professional, but I'm pretty sure glad wrap does not protect from cross contamination and picking up infections. Given I have a cervix stitch in place, I have to be so careful with not introducing infections which this situation has potentially just done. I have lodged a complaint with the Health and Disability Commission and will sure as hell be pursuing this until the end. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

    poor experience had my 3d scan the sonographer, "J" wasn't patient enough to wait until my baby moves position to scan the face. She won;t even offer to go extra mile, not worth paying $$$. At the end of the 30 min session she was able to capture the tiny ear of the baby that was saved on the CD, LOL!! do you think it is worth to be framed or something?No empathy to the customer, strict 30 mins session. She doesn;t know how it feels being a mum seeing your baby's face is priceless. Never again. Won;t recommend this company

    Ignored when we arrived at reception even though there were four people behind the desk. Less than accommodating to my grandmother, not a great experience.

    We where informed we had a miscarriage and we asked reception to cancel the next scan we booked earlier. My wife then received a txt notification reminding her of the scan we cancelled. My wife responded to the txt that we will not need the appointment as we had a miscarriage. The next day my wife received a call from a irritable person asking where we where. If you work in this industry that is probably the one thing you need to get right.

    The service we received during the scan was really good though just a shame about their process.
