Great service here!! Our car broke down and they helped us find accommodation for the night and ordered the parts right away! They were able to finish working on the car the next day!

I was charged almost $300 for oil changeand I have my oil and filter as well. This guys did everything what they want on your carcheck fluids, tyre presure, clean air filter..etcwithout asking you and then charge to you. And finally this guys put wrong fluid in to my transfer casewithout asking me. Very bad and very expensive..

I have been quoted $300 to change oil which is way too much than others. no fair value there.

My car sat in their shop for 2 weeks and had 3 hours of diagnostics completed. I was eventually told after having to continuously follow up with them that they "couldn't find a part in NZ that fit that year and model." Instead of referring me somewhere else or knowing it was an electrical issue, they then offered to buy my car by squaring up on the bill of only $230 (car is worth more than that in scrap metal). I felt completely taken advantage of as a young naive girl who doesn't know much about cars and not capable of challenging their poor work. Luckily I did my own research and A1 auto had it fixed in two hours (they already knew the issue over the phone when hearing the model and year). Worst of all Arrowtown demanded I still pay my full bill (impeding towing) even though I was told wrong information, they did a poor job, and another shop 15 mins away fixed it immediately. I would have bought a new car and walked away with nothing.

While I was discussing all of this with an employee, and had my pin entered into the card reader but choose not to enter it to complete the payment yetHe took it upon self as I briefly turned my back to ask where my car was in the lot, to quickly reach over the counter and press enter on the card reader. Very shocking and unprofessional.
