  Reminiscent of an old farm house back in the US, it is a very nice, homey place. A tad bit too old for my tastes with the occasional insect. The hosts, Geoff and Faye, were incredibly pleasant, wonderful, and helpful with recommending points of interest. The cooked breakfast and overall hospitality was second to none!

  Thank you so much Faye and Geoff, you made our stay for our daughters graduation so enjoyable. How did you absorb all seven of us when you already had four other guests in your lovely home? It never felt bursting full and you never seemed to be phased by any of us or our requests (can we loan an iron?) We loved being in your Tree Tops room, where our family could all congregate late at night and have a laugh and a cup of yarns together.
  We never expected to sleep as if we were in our own beds, and we did! Your beds are sooo comfortable. What a blessing! Love your heaters too!
  Thank you and if we ever need another bed in Dunedin, we will be back.

  I've stayed here 2 times, Geoff and Fae are the most friendly hosts I have ever stayed with, they made me feel like I was at home - The value for money is extraordinary I don't think this place can be beaten.
