Took my car in for the seatbelt to be replaced and tyres rotated. They said it would cost only about $70-$80 for a second hand belt and about half an hour labor to fit and half an hour to rotate the wheels. They said they would take the car into VTNZ to get the warrant that it failed for the seat belt. I got a txt the next day saying the bill was $351! When I picked it up the seatbelt apparently cost $145 second hand! and apparently the 28 days to get the warrant had expired when they took it in. I got in the car, looked at the warrant sheet and it had another week left! My only complaint is the cost, my dealings with who I think was Murray were great, he great customer service.

Bad service attitude and irresponsible staff & boss. Charged me $400 for change the 2nd hand part, but end up my car still got the same problem. Strongly not recomended.

After the many dramas of getting a new radiator put in, with two weeks down time on my car and heaps of augments over the phone, I find out that they never replaced the radiator hoses (which they were asked to do) when they blew a month later.

NEVER take your vehicle here.

Worst service ever. 12 working days to install the camera and taxi meter, both of them not worked so have to go back and ask them to fix it. Manager tried to overcharge me 5 times more that job usually cost "because it's a BMW"! Would not recommend to anybody.

Our car broke down twice in Hastings. First broke down we called to book a service with Ansin and Monteith. They were very helpful and professional. At our second time Murray even picked up our phone during new year holiday and came to helped us immediately. They are very kind and we will definitely recommend their service to our friends.

The worst customer service ever! Would not recommend anyone go to this place of business.

I had been a loyal customer up until I had an unpleasant experience with the owner. Her phone mannerism is unprofessional and appalling, I enquired to find out if the company had a complaints procedure due to a staff member I felt was very rude, and only later to find out that this employee was the Manager.

Ansin and Monteith have no customer empathy. Look around before contemplating taking your business to these guys.
