Good rooms with all the rooms you'll need. Sky TV is a nice bonus too. Rooms are a very good size and are clean too. Tea, coffee and biscuits in room is always nice. Free parking close to city centre is a bonus too. Very reasonably priced too. It's no Hilton but for what you pay it's very good. Location Would recommend.

It's okay nice spa bath & tvs but other than that. There's fleas in the room & carpets i found very large cock roaches in my room. I have been getting bitten & so have my kids from the fleas. I have to ask for service everyday as they miss my room or don't knock to say it's time for the service. I have a skin infection after 2 days being here & i think its from the water or spa bath maybe the piping for the spa jets are dirty in the inside. there was a very yuck egg fart smell coming from the drain when I emptied the spa bath would definetly not come back here. It's nice at first glance then after 2 days I realised it's quite gross.

Defiantly does not look like the pictures. The pool is disgusting and tiny. Would not go into the dirty water and the park is dangerous and very unsafe for children. Very disappointed and disgusted. Booked in for two adults and two children and was given two beds asked to be moved but was told we would have to pay more. Would never ever stay here again

Other than the spa bath (if you book a room with one), it's not very good. The staff are a little off with you from the get go. The other guests seem to be long stay and loud as. The in room kitchen facilities are as basic as they come, it's not really somewhere you can take your own food. Parking isn't allocated to set rooms so you might have to walk across the complex or park on the road if you miss out. Also wasn't the cleanest but not disgusting. Pool is tiny!

Bed was comfortable. Carpet was dirty and sticky. Ordered 2 breakfast with poached eggs and both were hard and dry. Also didn't appreciate cleaners opening door while we were away, still had at least a hour before checking out.considering size it was quiet.

Fairly decent. Nice large rooms, with good clean linen and a large bed. Simple but adequate kitchen. Decent TV. Relatively well insulated walls. It felt like the room was well insulated from outside noise. The bathroom was interesting, the shower curtain didn't reach all the way around the shower. You can see that the site isn't as well maintained as it could be. Simple things like the number above the door, one of the digits had fallen off, and it wasn't the only one. You can see it's starting to generally degrade. Otherwise it was a decent stay for the cost. I'd suggest that the management put more coffee, milk and sugar in the rooms. 2x sachets of each isn't really enough.

Microwave oven defective and not replaced. Front desk actually said" just bring your food here to be microwaved" I was flabbergasted with the response.

The location is good for access to the city, supermarket and Hamilton gardens.

Our room was very cheap per night but was let down by the fact that the shower from the unit above us leaked heavily into our bathroom which was a huge disappointment and on looking at the roof you could tell it wasn't the first time.
We were offered another room but as we were tired and leaving the next day, we declined, although I do think we should have been forced to move as there is the potential for the roof to collapse and potential injury or death.

If not for this, the motel was great, modern, clean, spacious and cheap but the leak and the fact it clearly had happened before and not fixed overrides the positives.

So, would I stay there again? Probably
