  Both Bill and Annabel were professional and helpful from the very beginning. I am an investor from Wellington who purchases blocks of units to renovate and then subdivide and on-sell individually. While never having even been to Invercargill, Bill and Annabel were able to make things much easier for me and went out of their way, on a weekend I must add, to see the property I was interested in and gathered plenty of information on its current condition and ability to be subdivided, which made my decision easy. In addition, they advised me on the area and have told me that they are always there for me, should I require their assistance again, which I will certainly keep in mind. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of resource consent assistance in Invercargill.

  Annabel is a very approachable and warm person. She has integrity and is genuinely committed to her work. She is understanding and easy to communicate with and its good there is someone like her available in this industry.

  The idea of subdivision gives me a huge knot in my stomach but Annabel is so friendly and caring, and she went above and beyond to get quotes so that I could have certainty about my next step. I highly recommend Annabel and Bill for that personal touch that makes you feel really looked after.

  Loved the way Kevin talked me through the whole process and made sure I understood what was happening and what I needed to do. A very helpful surveyor!
