All times I have been here have been unpleasant. I've had 2 services on my car and the oil was overfilled both times. I also had a warrant of fitness on my car and the stickers that ive had from before my last warrant at VTNZ that previously passed, failed this time.

Took the car for a WOF and a service. The job took 2 hours. It was time well spent as the inspection and service was very thorough. There is a liquid dispenser in the waiting room. Nice hot Chocolate, best avoid the Long Black.

Very poor customer service. I was left for over an hour without any one helping me or giving me any timeframe. This made me late for a friend's funeral.
