Couldn't believe our service today, woman behind the counter was busy with someone in front of us, that's fine, but at least say 'I will be with you in a second.' Nope nothing like that just ignore us and carry on gift wrapping after you've scanned the items but not taken payment, so once you've finished gift wrapping the POS system had then timed out and you have to proceed to then unwrap the items just gift wrap to re scan them to process payment. We were left waiting with not a word said for more than 10-15 minutes. Their items are beautiful in store but we wouldn't rush back to be left waiting like that again!!!!!

Absolutely awesome products and fantastic customer service The people are friendly and helpful to deal with and delivery is super fast. Highly recommend 3G Teak.

Love shopping at 3G Teak, usually at the Otorohanga store. Always a great selection to choose from, at very reasonable prices. Love the jewellery especially. Always assured of a warm welcome from very friendly staff. So proud to have these stores in our small towns.

Colour themed areas in store and an great outdoor area with lots of quality water features (operating) in the outdoor garden areas. A place to find different and affordable gifts. Smarty Pants has great educational activities and sturdy wooden toys for the kids
