  Loved this place. Well worth the effort to escape the dust and noise of Dulikhel. Most hotels are on the road to this guesthouse, however they are generally in the shade by early afternoon and have obstructed views. Tashidelek sits out on a promontory with full views and catches the sun until the end, also seeing the sunrise. The views from the deck and the bedroom balconies is superb! The owner and staff are super friendly. Very happy to stay here, highly recommended.

  Nice get away place from Kathmandu. But, zero views of Himalayas in October, which is why we came in the first place, due to clouds and haze which was very disappointing and this is the situation now due to global warming we were told. Rooms very basic and in retrospect a bit overpriced for what you get. Breakfast was excellent and included. Only thing to do in the area IMHO is long but very worthwhile hike to Namobuddha monastery. Dhulikhel town, nothing to see, typical dump. Two days more than enough to stay here.
  
  Owner is very attentive, he stands over you all the time to make sure everything is OK, which was for me a little unnerving,
  He's got a little gold mine and wants to make sure you'll like it. But he was very helpful in all arrangements.

  I got this hotel last minute after I was stretch out by Himalayan sunrise Guest house (they sold my room for other guest who stay 8 nights and I only stay 1 night). Tashidelek Guest house have amazing view, I suggest anyone want stay here should book room with balcony because you can see a view with 180o. The owner was so friendly and helpful, food was good and specially he prepared our breakfast in his lovely garden where I can enjoy your breakfast and the view. Thanks for turn our night to be great after the bad experience from other hotel. I will come back and stay here in the future.

  Will never regret to stay here. Absolutely amazing view and fabulous sight everywhere around here. It is little bit far away from Dhulikel downtown but no problem. Stay here, It's worth it.

  The hotel is strategically located a bit outside of Dhulikhel and offers a fantastic view of the mountain range! The owner used to be a mountain guide and is happy to share trekking advice. We enjoyed our stay!

  Staying here was a highlight of our trip to Nepal Nov 2015. We felt we were able to have a true Nepalese experience , with a comfortable setting. There are lots of good walks, and historical sites. Prem's family were very welcoming and we enjoyed an evening of entertainment when they put on an impromptu concert for the guest. Prem was most welcoming and accommodating , and we felt like family. We'll certainly return !
