The office was setup for providing support to the users, Zones and agents of Western part of Nepal. It supports users and businesses who use the eSewa app. There are many departments for the services. The customer support is up to the mark. Most problems and issues get solved by phone. There are as many as 150 sraffs ready to tackle issues that arises while using the app. The staffs are friendly and ready to help. The sim card department looks after the issues relating to sim. Overall great service and support to all eSewa users.

Esewa's branch so it do the work related to finance (mostly fund transaction) and also help to do transaction without cash
