I have very bad experience working with them. My top load washing machine was not functioning well showing "DE error", and I contact them through google. They told to repair board with costing NPR 5000.00. But after the repair for the first time it worked and they have also assured to fix problem if same problem occurred within a week. But from the very next time same problem occurred and when tried to call them for repair, they are ignoring me.

Suggested not to trust in this online service. Please go with physical service center, totally wasted my money and time.

We had an issue with our washing machine and it was not working. The display showed "LE" when we tried to start the machine. We called this business since they had good ratings and expected good service from them.

They took around 3days to show up at our place and told us there was some issue with the chip in the machine. They took Rs. 4200 for the chip and Rs. 500 as service charge which is fine. The machine worked for around weeks after which it stopped working. There was a "LE" sign in the display like before. We called them again to fix the issue. They came the day before yesterday to fix the machine and charged Rs. 500 again as service charge. Also they told us that next time it stops working we will have to pay half of the chip price, even if it stops working within the warranty period of 1 year. The machine did not work when we tried to wash our clothes later in the evening.

When I called them to fix this they hung up on me.

Terrible service, they are selling low quality chips which does not work for long. Very dissatisfied with the service. We wasted Rs. 5200 for their service and the problem has not been fixed.

It would be better to go for authorized technician.
