A shopping complex with various corporate office and bank along with the supermarket inside the building. There are restaurant and health club. You can park your vehicle for 1 hour for free.

The good thing is one can find almost everything in same area. Big underground parking space with free parking upto 1 hour is great. However, there is some kind of unpleasant smell inside parking space and also drainage system is not good specially during monsoon season. Escalator doesn't work in this building. Some button in Lift doesn't work.

Good place to do shopping of clothes, bags, household items, decors. Children's shop available. Food court and coffee shop is open. The building was marked unsafe (red sticker?) after earthquake of Nepal.

This is one of the oldest shopping centers in Nepal. It was excellent in the past but it has lost some of its charm as there are multiple competitors with new ideas and infrastructure. However it's still a busy shopping center.

United World Trade Centre (UWTC) is one of the largest shopping complex’s in the Kathmandu Valley. The complex is spread over 5,596.11 square meters area and built in a leased-land owned by Tribhuvan University with the total investment of Rs 500 million rupees. The complex provides a number of services like department stores, Silver jewelry shop ,cyber café, party palace, health club, and heated swimming pool.

Variety of shopping stores inside,from shoes, leather jackers, tees, dresses everything we can get here, also you have options to have some quick snacks and sweets. There's a United business hotel inside for short stays.

Its a shopping complex where you can find clothing wears, electronics, furnitures etc. Even Bhatbhateni superstore is there for more shopping experience.

Yeah its nice. You can do your shopping. But i found it relatively costlier than other malls in clothes item. Recently opened Bhat Bhateni super market had made things more easier. Thank u.
