  Not so organized but has improved a lot. The system is better now. If you have some complaints regarding license, there are people who will listen to you and try to help you. Bribes are not accepted, you have to pass the written exam and trial and then only you get the licence. If you fail you have to pay Rs 500 and refill the form and pass the trial again.You get 3 opptunitues within three months.
