One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. There is no approach road to the hotel for a stretch of 3 kms. The hotel is highly under staffed with only about 7 people in the housekeeping and front office department. When we checked in late in the evening and asked for an explanation on the approach road, the manager did not even speak to us. Infact a middle level executive, Mr. Dipendra and Mr. Prashant tried to resolve the issue. The menu for breakfast is only of 10-12 dishes and that too taste aweful.

The hotel and it's management is only interested in making money out of its guests at any cost. For a 3 kms drive out of this horrible mess, the hotel was asking for 25 Dollars + Taxes. For every sight seeing activity, they have their astronomical commissions fixed with the local guides. We suspect that with every taxi driver coming into the hotel premises is demanded a commission by the hotel management as no taxi driver is willing to come to the hotel. One taxi driver asked for 2000 Nepali Rupees for a 6 km drive from the lake road.

Never Never Stay at this hotel. It's better to stay on the road than staying at Himalaya Pavillion @ Pokhara. Total waste of money !
