We came from India and stayed here for 6 days but hospitality was very nice as everyone knows Hindi language so it was very easy for our family to stay here comfortably.

Rooms are nice and from our rooms, World Heritage Site, Pashupatinath temple was clearly visible.

Tribhuvan International Airport is also 5 minutes from this hotel.

Indian Currency is accepted here.

Wifi is also working nicely everywhere. Staff us nice. Bathrooms are clean.

When it comes to the location of the hotel, it is situated in the proximity of Sri Pashupatinath temple which is the only advantage of this hotel. Otherwise there is a lot of scope for improvements.

1. There are 10 floors and only 1 lift which is very inconvenient for the clients.
2. The rooms have locks which have to be greased. Clients unable to open easily.
3. Bathrooms have to be reworked with a division for the bathing area.
4. Staff not responsive in terms of service.

I had a flight cancelled and was put up here. Shower did not work, wifi was bad, cable TV kept going out and that was just 3 hours into my stay. The rooms are noisy and is situated near a very dirty area. Hotel is often cold outside the rooms and they charge for the use of the sauna. I cannot recommend travelers to stay here. It is a nightmare.

the best part is, it is exactly opposite to pashupatinath temple and in close proximity to the airport.

Based on the facilities it gives, pricing is reasonable. There needs to be lot more effort on maintaining the standard. The hotel is not clean as per the star rating it holds!

2. catch flights domestic and international any time and with ease
3. Nearby : Tilganga eye hospital
