Your stop if you want food (snacks) supplies for a trek starting from Kathmandu. You will find from disinfectant products (dry soap, wet towels, etc.) to protein bars, cookies, etc. You can also buy diamox, paracetamol, pain relief creams and some antibiotics for the stomach if you want. Just in the middle of Thamel.
