It took me 2 days to give review cuz of slow signal. I don't know what there technicians do but they come and simply change our wifi password leave. I have been using this for almost 2 years now and all I got is disappointment. I even broke my phone,headphones and earpieces while playing game. All thanks to this isp. I'm changing to other isp asap. And I won't even recommend to anyone.

The Slowest ISP i ever experienced. When i complain they directly say that we only have this sort of service if you like it use it otherwise dont🤣🤣.These are the customer representative of this company. And how would an customer with yearly subscription end the service. I surely am switching to new ISP whenever the validity of my internet finishes. Absolute wrost service.
Waste of money and time.

slow network. I have 25 Mbps network but they provide 7-12 Mbps and some time 100_400 kb speed. I am very upset stomach😠😡😡😡

Worst Internet connection I have ever experienced. Tried calling office 100 times and always busy, once it was ringing and no response at all. Seriously you guys are freak. Doesn't even know how to do business. Pick up the f**king phone my internet aren't workinggg.

The service is terrible. You can phone all day and get no answer, then when they do answer they hang up the phone before you've finished so you have to try and call again.

I guess they don't have proper equipment (hardwares) and suitable (skilled) manpower to maintain the constant service quality. At the beginning the speed was very good. After the user increase around the place the quality started decreasing.
Now and then its down and sometimes it gives super speed i.e. 30 to 50 MBps. Whereas the normal down speed I get is 20 to 30 Kbps.
