Always unreachable or no one picks the phone
First of all they act like a government employees (Slow and full of attitude). They treat us like we are begging money from them. And customers care(one those stays in front desk) sucks they don't know how to talk to customers. If anyone seeing this review don't waste your time opening account here. Even 1 star is not suitable for this branch.
Worst bank. If you want to waste your time then please visit.
It takes forever to get a simple bank transaction done. I was just there to exchange money and it takes more than 1 hour. The bank needs to improve its process flows for efficiency.
Fortunately the crowd was less and i didn't have to wait long. However the common problem of every banks is that customers have to wait even for more than half an hour to get their turn. Talking about location i found it between tushal and boudha stupa, not between boudha stupa and Pipalbot.
I don't think another Siddhartha Bank exists there.
if you have many spare hours to spend, please ask them for a service. not sure, if the person or the entire system is slow , please upgrade!!
Your web interface and mobile apps are not user friendly, as if outdated. This is worst banking service I ever had.
