This Goddess Kali temple was reconstructed with help of thousands of local peoples.All who donated are carved on wall of temple on left side.It has organised a dharamsala too on back side.The goddess was shifted to second floor.It has beautiful carved doors and windows open from three sides.The managment group takes proper care of cleanliness.Opening time of temple is variable as photo clicked by me is too there below.Much crowded for sacrifice of animals at the time of dashain.

The Kali Temple at Biratnagar is situated in the centre of the city. It is built in the traditional Nepalese style, with a pagoda consisting of three beautiful roofs. However, unlike traditional temples, the Kali Temple is not built of wood alone, and there is abundant use of brick and concrete.
The temple was originally built in the 1900s. At that time it was a very small structure with a single tin roof. Later on, after a devotee donated a bronze idol of the goddess, the temple was rebuilt in its present form. While devotees visit the temple and offer sacrifices all the year round, it is particularly popular as a place of pilgrimage during the festival of Navaratra.
