  The experience in hotel shangrila was nothing short of exceptional. We wanted to have some tea for a good view of the runway. Only to realise our guide had his flight cancelled and we were left stranded. The manager then arranged a room for us and a porter for the next morning, and even confirmed our flights for the journey back. What great service and giving Nepalese a really good name. Thank you for everything! Food was really good too!

  Best view of the airport and the runway. Great place to watch planes/helicopters landing and taking off.
