  I'm in bus right now. From pokhra to butwal. I have paid for ac ticket I have been charged 900 rs. Bus was at 8am and it's 11.30 now. Ac is still not working. We have asked staff at bus also called at sanjog office staff and owner. Still no ac. Pathetic. Don't buy this ticket. Bus staff extremely unprofessional and I'll mannered. Also they are adding illegal passenger from local village.

  No seat belts in the bus. They say its a tourist bus but they stopped 3 times in pokhara to pick up locals on the side of the road so we left an hour later than scheduled. The driver overtakes other buses and trucks on blind corners. Other drivers were hooting at him all the time because of his crazy driving. Don't use this company if you value your life!!
