Worst place. They denied to repair my S7 Edge only because i bought it from abroad. I was not even asking for the warranty. I just asked for paid service. How can any business deny customers who are willing to pay for their service? I am quiet annoyed. Did not expect this from SAMSUNG.

Very disappointed with the customer service because I was not even informed about what was the exact problem which they said they will inform in 2days but they didn't . And the guy in customer service call didn't know how to talk ,very inappropriate as I was talking ,he was talking to someone else and not bother . Very disappointed at SAMSUNG . First time I experience such thing in Samsung
