An amazing National Park.. The trekking here is great with our highlight being reaching Mt Everest Basecamp..
December is an extremely cold time to visit. However on the the plus side at this time of year there is minimal people on the tracks and a lot of flexibility in the where you want to stay..
Breath taking scenarios with naturally well mark decoration with beautiful dude koshi river ,forest ,sound of birds rivers flows and beautiful people with red chicks which makes feeling of heavenso on, an on
You really have to be there to see God's creation first hand. While the mountains over picturesque scenery, natural erosions and landslides show you mother nature at work. The tea houses are very warm and palace-like and offer a good range of food.
Home to some of the highest peaks in the world, this park has some stunning areas to explore. However, trips here should not be taken lightly. In addition to the obvious altitude sickness, visitors frequently encounter stomach problems due to unhygienic food or water preparations. Although lined with tea houses, these tea houses are not insulated or heated. Bathrooms are basic and flushing is not available at higher altitudes due to the cold. It's not an easy walk in the park as some tour companies would make you believe. Research and know what you are getting yourselves into first before you visit. The reward is well worth the misery, though.
Beautiful place for trekking and hiking, there are some amazing views across the Himalayas, the locals are friendly and courteous, the park is self is kept clean and provides bins, rest stops, and free toilets on the main trail. Lower is a minimum and they and I would encourage you to hold on to it until the next bin, which also separates the recycling!

Amazing Mount Everest Sagarmatha
Had the pleasure of trekking the Khumbu region with my fiancé, guided by a good friend, Chhurim, a Sherpa from Taplejung of the East. Magnificent trip, which included visiting Sagarmatha National Park, a short walk above Namche Bazaar. Serene, humble, inspiring views of the world's most spiritual peaks. Monument there honors Tenzing Norgay - worthy of his name. Highly recommended.
This place is awesome

Sagarmatha national park is definitely something you need to experience. Not only for achieving your personal goals, reaching the highest altitude of your life and testing your personal limits, but also learning and getting inspired by the locals. Sherpa people are incredibly kind and hospitable, showing an example of happiness while living simple and humble, knowing the real values and priorities of life.
