well crafted menu and good food but the prices are sky high and the service isn't up to mark

Five stars for sure! This place is on par with any decent American restaurant. Definitely stop here if you are in Pokhara

Pizzas are very good here! We had a spicy tuna pizza and a "make your own" pizza. But very nice.
The restaurant itself is very beautiful. Polite and kind staff

I had breakfast and that was one of the best. Best service. And the atmosphere inside the resyurant is also great.

The atmosphere/aesthetic is top notch. I was excited to try this place but the more I looked at the menu the less excited I became. Roadhouse cafe would be a good choice if you are craving pizza. Wish they had some local flavours in the mix as well.

The food is very good and tasty. We tried three pizzas, caltzone, steak and three kind of appetizers. Also this is a nice place to sit at.
    A bit expensive though..

Having been to the Roadhouse Café in Kathmandu already we wanted to go for a safe card for our last night in Pokhara. They didn't disappoint! The pizza is amazing and the service on point, definitely recommend!

Beautiful Restaurant with Gorgeous Open Kitchen. But that's where the beauty stopped for me

Customer Service is attentive, but they couldn't really understand my order or my questions

    Drink:
Ordered a Margarita on the rocks in a rocks glass and the drink came in a Margarita glass with two small ice cubes..Flavor was off, good thing I like mine spicy so I added the habanero sauce that was on the table to the drink and fixed it

    Food:
Ordered Nachos as an appetizer to share; Arrived in a smoking hot bowl with cold chips, not melted cheese, and missing the nacho sauce like the menu stated..And an EXTREME amount of tomato salsa that left a pool on the bottom of the bottomSent the item back for a remake, but when the new order arrived, it was just like the first

We then ordered a Chicken Sluvaki as we saw an order walk past us and it looked deliciousthat's where the excitement ended..When it arrived it was drenched in so much sauce that when we attempted to pick it up the pita fell apart in a pile of mush on the plate..The server came over, we explained the problem, but he just smiled and walked away..Dish was missing French fries as menu stated and only two very small pieces of chicken per pita..We ended up eating the dish with a forkVery disappointed

As we were still hungry, we wanted to order a pizza, but after being so disappointed in the first two dishes we were afraid of a third disappointing meal

I explained the problems to the "Chef" who was wearing a nice white coat in the kitchen, and who if doing his job correctly would be checking all orders going out of his kitchen..He smiled and thanked me for my feedback, never once talking to the General Manager about a slight discount or full compensation for the horrible meal I just had

Total Bill with 13%VAT and 10% Surcharge was 1800..Very expensive for a meal in Phokara and even more expensive when the whole meal and drinks were bad

Hope they fix the issues because they have spent a lot of money on the decor but the food falls way way way behind.
