My letter had never been delivered via postal office in Pokhara. Even the postal office doesn't know road names and system of house numbers.

Good service in a place with bad condition. Post box area is very unkept and dirty

The service is surprisingly great but the organization within the building could be improved. The place looks abandoned from inside.
