  Ho acquistato un paio di zamberlan Gtx da 29000NPR risultate difettato e dopo quattro volte che mi hanno rimbalzato non me le hanno cambiato dicendo che non avevo fattura che invece io gli avevo lasciato sotto richiesta del personale
  Peraltro accusando Zamberlan di poca serieta
  Non lo consiglio a nessuno

  I was planning to write a bad review about this shop as we'd bought a sleeping bag for cold weather (around zero degrees) and found it to be useless. We took it back and expected a big argument and a refusal on their part.
  
  To our surprise the staff were really helpful and they exchanged the bag for a much better one, good to minus fifteen, with no fuss. The guy we dealt with spoke excellent English and knew what was what. But some of the staff know little English and have that unfortunate habit of just saying YES to every question ("is it good in minus ten centigrade?") even if they don't understand it.
  
  I'm interested in this company as it is Russian, from St Petersburg, and I'm keen to support Russian entrepreneurs wherever I can. The American's seem to dominate the camping gear market and there is no harm in the Russians, and others, having a share too.
  
  The other thing about this shop is that it looks great. Full marks for presentation.

  Hadn't heard of the brand before but came to know they have already made it to 25 years. Fantastic products. Good price too.
